3Elements Coffee Roastery UK is based in Twickenham, with a national distribution network.
Our founder, Terry set up 3 Elements Coffee in Australia in 2016, with the concept and mission of supporting the transition of ex-military personnel into the commercial workspace.
To achieve this mission, we needed a product to create funds and help with raising awareness of these issues. Coffee is a product that brings people together so they can connect with others, one on one or in a community environment.
Another UK veteran, Clive Spencer is now leading the way for 3Elements Coffee UK. He formerly served as a Blue & Royal, Household Cavalry. Since leaving the Armed Forces, Clive has gone through many traumas that many men and women go through and found it hard to adapt to a normal life (Civilian Life). For years, he struggled and fought a silent war with his mental well-being; found himself working in hostile environments around the globe, helping others, rather than helping himself, which on many occasions saw him uncomfortable situations i.e. illegal immigrant in Africa, homeless through to sitting with tribal leaders in the middle east regions.
Today, he has a greater understanding of issues within the veteran’s community in the UK and has decided to work in partnership with Terry and his family, to build a duplication of his business model in Australia to UK to give the support and aftercare our veterans and emergency service personnel need.
Two years ago, 3 Elements Coffee partnered with the International author of the Jack Reacher novels, Lee Child.
Jack Reacher maybe a fictitious character but his goal in life is to help people in
need through the love of coffee. That is why Lee donates 50% of his sales of coffee in Australia and the UK to veterans initiatives. As a big coffee drinker himself, Lee loves the 3 Elements Coffee blends.
